Our gel is made from sea moss which is grown, harvested, and sun-dried off the coast of St, Lucia. 

Sea Moss is the super-food of the Ocean, containing 92 essential minerals, packed vitamins, and rich in antioxidants, and omegas. Spirulina, like sea moss, is also an algae (or sea vegetable) however it is blue-green, it is also considered to be one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. The Sea Moss we use is gold, blue spirulina powder, and green limes give Blu it's color.

Instructions: 

• Store Sea Moss Gel IMMEDIATELY upon delivery
• After your moss is chilled, it will turn back into gel, the best way to know if your moss is still fresh is to use a "smell check" just to ensure there is no spoilage, as it is a perishable product. Blu should only smell like lime and minerals. If there are any bad/strange smells or if your jar is broken during shipment, please contact us through email or DM on instagram (see customer service page.)
• It can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 weeks (the colder the better)
• Or in the freezer for up to 3 months
• 1-2 tablespoons is the recommended daily amount

Start with 1 tablespoon to start (half this amount for children.) It is recommended to take in the morning for the energy boost but can also be used anytime throughout the day and even at night for better sleep once your body is used to it. Can also be taken as a pre-workout and even for mental clarity/focus.

Can also be used topically on skin as a face mask or cream to help with all skin conditions including acne, psoriasis, burns, wound healing, etc.

TIPS: Keep your Blu as cold as possible for maximum freshness. You can freeze extra jars (Blu jars are freezer safe and BPA-free,) put servings into ice cube trays and pop out for smoothies, or freeze half your jar upon receiving it to ensure it will last.

Shipping takes 2-4 business days. Once shipped out, you will receive a tracking number in your email. It can only be shipped priority mail and will need to be refrigerated promptly upon arrival. So please be sure to track your package and do not allow it to sit in your mailbox, especially during a high temperature day.

Your order will be shipped ASAP, in most cases we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure freshness. If you are closer (CA,AZ) your order can also be shipped on Wednesday.
